AOC Hospitality is a hospitality management and consulting company founded by restaurateurs Matt Tunstall and Justin Croxall. These two F&B veterans bring more than 40 years of combined industry experience working in and managing restaurants and wine bars. In 2016, the pair opened Stems & Skins, a neighborhood wine bar located in North Charleston, which has been named a James Beard Foundation semifinalist for “Outstanding Wine Program” and was recognized as one of the “Most Important Natural Wine Bars in America” by Food & Wine magazine.
Through AOC, Matt and Justin help restaurateurs develop top-notch beverage programs, providing insight into building high-quality yet approachable wine lists, beer selections and cocktail menus. In addition, they provide expertise in overall restaurant operations including cost management and staff training. The team can help restaurateurs develop their overall food concept, developing thoughtful menus which showcase culinary talent. They also have access to architectural design partners to create innovative build outs and design concepts which represent your overall restaurant philosophy and help to convey your story.
